Ashwin Muthiah is the Founder & Chairman of AM International Holdings, Singapore, which has interests across the globe in fertilizers, petrochemicals, distribution, infrastructure, healthcare and green energy. Ashwin is a third-generation business leader and has led the group since 2001. His philanthropic interests include primary health care, water, sanitation & hygiene and education. Under Ashwin’s leadership, AM Foundation works with government and global organisations to drive change in these areas.

Valli Ashwin Muthiah is a Director of AM International Holdings Private Limited, Singapore. She is actively involved in developing various investments, including financial and real estate, across the UK, Singapore, and India in the family office of Ashwin Muthiah. As a Director on the Board of AM Foundation, her efforts are aimed at bridging the gaps in the healthcare ecosystem and making it accessible to the most vulnerable communities.

With a keen sense of design, she has led architectural and interior design work at the company’s corporate offices. She is a psychology graduate from the University of Madras, India.

Sashikala Srikanth

Sashikala Srikanth, a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience, has held senior management-level positions in leading companies in India and overseas. She provides consultancy services to various corporates, including in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility. She is also a Member on the Boards of several companies. Prior to her current engagements, Sashikala spent more than 12 years at A F Ferguson & Co, where she honed her skills and gained valuable experience. She has served as Group Financial Controller and Senior General Manager of two companies in Dubai.

K K Rajagopalan

K K Rajagopalan brings more than 47 years of extensive experience in the Finance and Technical disciplines, specializing in the petrochemicals and fertilizer sectors. He served as Director (Finance) at Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL) for more than 11 years, before assuming the position of Whole-Time Director of Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation (SPIC) Limited for a period of three years. Rajagopalan is an Engineering graduate with an MBA degree from IIM-Bangalore, India.
