Golden Heart Camp
Since 2017, A Golden Heart Camp was organized in coordination with Rotary Club of Spic Nagar & Apollo Children’s Hospital (a unit of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited) to test children with heart problems. A total of 432 children were screened and surgery was completed for 83 children.
General Medical Camp
General medical camp was organized with the partnering club to provide free health check-ups and medicines. A total of 950+ benefitted from the camp.
Blood Donation Camp
AM Foundation, Rotary Club of SPIC Nagar, and Lions Club of SPIC Nagar organized the annual Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with the Government Hospital, Thoothukudi. A total of 134 persons donated blood.
Skin Camp
For and on behalf of Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited, a skin camp was conducted. The skin camp was attended by 86 people, while 50 people attended the general camp.
For and on behalf of Manali Petrochemicals Limited, a skin camp was held on August 28, 2022, at Kalaignar Nagar. It was attended by 172 patients, including 80 who attended the skin camp and 92 who attended the general camp.
Drug Free Camp
“Enakku Vendaam” – Drug Free Tamilnadu Campaign
AM Foundation has printed 10,000 “Enakku Vendaam” posters conceptualised and designed by Sanitation First India in association with the Government of Tamil Nadu. The posters, which aim to spread awareness about drugs, are being distributed in schools, at sanitation hubs, in police stations and public offices in the district.
Diabetes Camp
AM Foundation conducted a diabetes awareness and screening camp in Chennai & Thoothukudi, which benefitted 614+ people.
Caliper & Limb Camp
AM Foundation and the Rotary Club of Spic Nagar conduct a caliper & limb measurement camp every year and distribute calipers and limbs to differently abled people. A total of 340+ people have benefitted so far.
Cancer Camp
A cancer awareness camp was conducted at AMPHCC, Soosai Nagar, Thoothukudi, in association with Kauvery Hospital, Tirunelveli. A total of 38 people benefitted.
